App identifies offline tours in main app screen saved in indicated folder, but after tapping offline tours it notes that they could not be found. Please fix.

I created 3dvista folder in my internal storage, it connected , And the app showing 1 tour in offline, but when I tap offline, it is showing no tours found 😞

Only one issue - when I uploaded VT offline to the phone android, it created 1k new folders in Gallery. Is there anyway to avoid it?

Just stopped working, it's been loading for the past 12 hours, uninstall/installed, cleared cache etc etc - several times - internal folder has been established but stuck on loading screen.

Used to be able to paste a published tour to the phone and then view offline. Can't seem to do this anymore. Is that correct? If so, can you replace that function please?
